If you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please contact AjkerDeal Customer Care Department within 24 hours through any of the below mentioned channels & address your complaint.

1.1. You have to send back the product to AjkerDeal office at your own cost.
1.2. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit. Please, understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances.
-Damages due to misuse of product.
-Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
-Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
-Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
1.3. Upon receiving Your product, AjkerDeal shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if convinced that the complaint is genuine, AjkerDeal will take necessary action to replace your product. If You are unable to report to AjkerDeal Customer Care Department within 24 hours, AjkerDeal shall not be held liable to replace your product.
1.4. Please note that If the product can be repaired by the service center, AjkerDeal would get the same repaired and send it back to You.
2. In case of Apparel, if the size of the apparel does not fit you, you have to send the Product on your own to AjkerDeal office.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
3. For Tour & Travel Deals (Hotels/ Package tours) & Food & Restaurant Deals , if the customer chooses one package & want to replace it with another package @ same price from the same deal, he/ she has to inform AjkerDeal Customer Care Service within 24 hours.
3.1. AjkerDeal Customer Service Department will verify your Replacement Request & if it is possible by the respective Merchant, they will confirm your Replacement.
- Note that AjkerDeal, in no case, will be held liable for Travel/ Restaurant deals Replacement; it entirely depends on Merchant’s Terms & Conditions; it may happen that a portion of the Deal Price may be charged for the Replacement. .
4. In case of Education, Training or any other Service, the Replacement policy will be the same as ‘Travel Deals’, mentioned above. The Replacement will depend on the Education/ Training/ Service Provider’s own Terms & Condition.
*It is strongly recommended that you will inform the AjkerDeal Customer Service Department within 24 hours about your Payment Refund/ Product Replacement.
